The Noble House of Maxalla
At the Commemorative Banquet given in remembrance of the 900th Anniversary of the call of Pope Urban II to the Crusades, Baron Worley of Christy was elevated to the rank and dignity of Count Palatine of Maxalla by H.R.S.H. Prince William de Alabona-Ostrogojsk et de Garama. Here, the Count receives his Patent of Authority as a Count Palatine. More than 80 guests from throughout the world attended this special event, at the invitation of His Highness Prince William. In November of 2000, the Count was created a Duke. Later, the Noble House becomes the Royal House of Maxalla.
About the Banquet
In 1096, Pope Urban II issued the first call to the Crusades. In 1996, this event--which gave rise to the fullest development of Chivalry and Knighthood--was remembered at a special banquet held at the call of H.R.S.H. Prince William de Alabona-Ostrogojsk et de Garama. Attended by Knights and Nobility from throughout the world, the Banquet was also the occasion of recognizing the accomplishments of distinguished guests, including Grand Masters of international Orders of Chivalry, a past State Senator, Church dignitaries, and others. At this banquet, Count Worley received the authority of his feud.
